Who you are You are a leader who together with your team set the direction for Employee Relations in our HR Service Center. You are a trustworthy person both when it comes to leadership and labor law negotiation.
About the job This role fits you who are an experienced leader and chief negotiator who triggers onengaging and communicating with people. As manager you are responsible for Employee Relations service delivery according to defined routines/procedures and KPIs. As chief negotiator for Sweden you set the structure and have the overall responsibility for our union relations.
The ER department is responsible for Labor law, Comp & Ben, Health and Safety including rehab. Team members are located on 4 different sites in Sweden. A key responsibility is the planning of resource allocation in the team, balancing more complex assignments with incoming service requests.
You will secure business needs are met in good co-operation with other HR functions and line managers.
What you know You are a senior HR professional with managerial experience and a capability of motivating and engaging a team. You have a specialist competence in labor law with a proven track record in union relations.
