Ferrero is a global company privately owned by the Ferrero family. Ferrero produces famous market-leading brands such as Nutella, Tic Tac, Ferrero Rocher, Raffaello, Kinder Surprise and Kinder Bueno. The products are present and sold directly or through authorized retailers in about 160 countries around the world.
Together with Ferrero Scandinavia, Nigel Wright Group is currently looking for a new Country Sales Director, who will join the Malmö team.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for a Swedish team of KAM, Field Sales Manager, sales reps.
  • Responsible for creating successfull relations with the company's key customers
  • With the support of the Field Country Manager and the Customer Development Manager, propose and share with the General Manager the sales volume budget and the budget for the sales, marketing and overhead costs
  • Responsible forforecasts related to sales, marketing and overhead costs
  • Responsible for conducting a continuous market evaluation and continuously looking for business opportunities
  • Responsible for developing sales in the Swedish market
  • Responsible from sales planning to In-Store execution in the Swedish market
  • Responsible for sales estimates, forecasting, conduct growth plans and follow-up analysis
  • Monthly business reviews and other operational meetings to management and area
  • Responsible for visiting and participate in important partner and customer events
  • Responsible for finding new business opportunities (penetration & loyalty) and make growth plans
  • Ensure that the Brand Manual is followed in the market
  • Responsible for educating customers and employees on company values, products and brand
  • Secure in-store excellence in executions
  • Develop and implement specific responses to performance-related problems (new initiatives, extra events, pricing, stock levels, service levels)
  • Work with the Business Human Resources team to define the arrangements used in selecting, motivating and developing the resource
  • Coordinate, motivate, support and develop the team members in order to ensure the availability of appropriate resources to meet requirements
Trade Marketing
  • Make suggestions on sales promotion measures aimed at increasing sales out of the shop
  • Improve the distribution within the area of responsibility
  • Improve the visibility of the products within the area of responsibility
  • Gather information from the team on the needs of the trade for the purposes of preparing plans for improving service and efficiency towards customers
  • Contribute, together with the Customer Service and Distribution Logistics teams, to ensuring that the optimum level of service is provided to customers
  • Work with Trade Marketing to define the sales pitches to be used
  • Ensure that information flows properly from the periphery towards the commercial management team and vice versa
Profile: Experience & Personality
  • 6-10 years of experience from working in FMCG and/or with other similar consumer businesses
  • Extensive experience in Sales Management and Key Account Management – from various channels (grocery and retail trade a plus)
  • Proven track record of business results
  • Experience leading a team of KAMs and other sales functions
  • Experience working on a Nordic level
  • Fluent in English and Swedish
  • Strong time management and planning skills
  • Experience from budget management
  • Planning & organisational skills
